A Georgia native, Tracy House Schwartz throughout the years vacationed, camped and enjoyed the Northeast Georgia Mountains. In 1985 Tracy purchased a piece of land well off the beaten path in the small community of Sautee Nacoochee, GA. While acquiring her real estate license, Tracy apprenticed with the top producing real estate agent in Blairsville, GA. She now specializes in the sale and listing of homes and properties in Northeast Georgia. Tracy works hard to insure that each purchase and sale transaction runs smoothly so you can feel confident in your decision making. She enjoys golfing, swimming and gardening, as well as spending time with her husband, Hamilton, cat Pheobe and dog Asher. |
