I’m a native of Vermont that spent twenty-six years in the Metro Atlanta area, managing my own manufacturing business and managing my own real estate investments. My family and I missed the mountains of Vermont and decided to relocate to the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia and make it our permanent residence in 2007. I have many years of experience in construction, long term rental management as well as short term vacation rental management. I also have experience with 1031 tax free exchanges. When I’m not working on real estate I enjoy, fly fishing, golfing and spending time with my family (especially my grandkids) and my cat “Manny”!!
